This Sadar project has been carefully designed to create harmony between modern aesthetics and functional comfort. The focus was on enhancing both the elevation and the terrace, ensuring the spaces feel cohesive, inviting, and thoughtfully connected.

The elevation presents a contemporary yet timeless appeal, defined by clean lines and a sophisticated material palette of stone cladding, aluminum detailing, and glass panels. The interplay of textures and proportions gives the façade depth and character while maintaining simplicity and elegance.

The terrace unfolds as a multi-functional space, divided into three zones — social, semi-private, and private. The social area serves as the main gathering space, furnished with comfortable seating and accent lighting for an inviting ambiance. The semi-private zone offers a relaxed setting for informal conversations or short breaks, surrounded by soft greenery and natural finishes. Toward the far end, the private retreat provides a calm, secluded corner for reading or quiet reflection.

Natural light, cross ventilation, and ambient lighting enhance the overall experience, while weather-resistant materials ensure longevity and ease of maintenance.
