- Dehradun Bedroom
This residence’s interior design focuses on three main spaces — the parents’ bedroom, the kids’ bedroom, and the mandir.
The parents’ bedroom is designed to exude a sense of grandeur, following a modern theme as per the client’s preference. A combination of PU paint and veneer with subtle vertical grooves adds sophistication while keeping the aesthetics minimal. The TV unit, designed with matching materials, provides ample storage without appearing bulky. The room design also emphasizes natural ventilation and sunlight to create a calm and serene environment.
The kids’ bedroom, designed for two brothers, aims to bridge their age difference through a balanced and lively design. The use of playful wallpaper paired with cove lighting brings a touch of modernity to the space. A dedicated study corner has been created just outside the room to provide a quiet and focused area for learning. The overall material palette incorporates wood, veneer, and laminates to maintain warmth and functionality.
The mandir, though a compact space within the living room, has been designed to look grand and distinct. To maintain both aesthetics and privacy, sliding folding pocket doors have been incorporated to enclose the space when required. The backdrop features an elegant marble design with soft cove lighting, enhancing the divine and serene ambiance of the area.
