This terrace and elevation project in Noida, Sector 62 has been envisioned by RDC Interiors to seamlessly blend aesthetics, comfort, and functionality — transforming a conventional exterior and rooftop into an inspiring and usable space.

The client’s requirement was clear: to create an elevation that reflects modern sophistication while ensuring the terrace serves as a tranquil escape — a place to unwind, entertain, or simply enjoy quiet moments in the open air.

Our design approach focused on zoning and balance, dividing the terrace into distinct functional areas — entertainment, relaxation, and greenery — while the elevation was crafted to complement these spaces through material harmony and architectural coherence.

As one approaches the building, the elevation immediately makes a statement. Clean lines, modern finishes, and the interplay of textures — from stone cladding to sleek aluminum and glass elements — create a façade that is both contemporary and timeless. The design not only enhances the visual identity of the structure but also reflects the client’s refined taste and professional stature.

Transitioning to the terrace, the space unfolds as a curated experience. The main lounge area serves as the central zone, featuring comfortable outdoor seating and ambient lighting, ideal for small gatherings or evening relaxation. Adjacent to this is a semi-covered section with pergolas and planters — blending nature and structure to create a sense of calm enclosure.

Towards one corner, a more private retreat zone is tucked away, offering a cozy nook for reading or quiet reflection. Here, soft landscaping, textured flooring, and warm lighting combine to create an inviting personal space.

The use of durable, weather-resistant materials ensures longevity, while the thoughtful integration of greenery adds freshness and vitality. Every element — from the façade detailing to the terrace layout — has been designed to promote harmony between built form and open space.
