This office space in Noida, Sector 62 has been thoughtfully designed to balance functionality, privacy, and comfort. The client’s primary requirement was to have a personal cabin that serves not only as a workspace but also as a retreat where he can relax and spend his “me-time” studying or reading.

Our design approach was to segregate the space into three distinct zones — public, semi-public, and private — ensuring smooth spatial flow and clear functionality throughout.

Upon entering through the main door, the public zone features the boss’s main seating area, designed for official discussions and meetings. This space reflects authority and professionalism, setting the tone for the entire office.

Adjacent to it, a subtle partition separates the semi-public zone, which includes a comfortable lounge area. This area is meant for selected visitors or staff — a place to unwind, hold informal meetings, or simply relax in a more casual environment.

Towards the farthest left corner lies the private zone, enclosed by an elegant aluminium and glass partition with sliding doors. The combination of clear and fluted glass adds an aesthetic appeal while maintaining privacy. Inside, a well-designed study area features a built-in cupboard, ample storage, bookshelves, and a sleek study desk and chair — creating a perfect personal nook for reading and reflection.

The window allows abundant natural light, enhancing the sense of openness and vitality. To complement the interiors, curtains and blinds in textured fabrics have been used, harmonizing with the overall design palette and bringing a soft, cohesive finish to the space.

This project is a fine balance between professionalism and personal comfort, translating the client’s need for both productivity and peace into a cohesive design experience.
